I am currently accepting new clients. Please get in touch if you would like to book a session with me.
Individual therapy sessions are provided in a safe and confidential environment, allowing you the opportunity to work through difficult thoughts, emotions, feelings and memories. You might be feeling stuck and not sure about your goals or what you want to get out of therapy – this is natural. Together we can work through tailored strategies and ideas, making a unique plan to help you to get to a place where you feel like you understand what is happening to you and can move forward more freely.
I work with individuals 18 years and older.

- Vulvodynia and vaginismus
I may be able to help with areas or concerns not listed above. Please get in touch to discuss.
When you contact me, I will get in touch with you for a free 10 minute chat to help us figure out whether I am the best person to work with you. This might depend on what your needs are, and also whether my approach and training/expertise would be best suited to you. If I am not the right person for you, I will try to recommend another service to help you.
When we meet, time will be spent getting to you know you and what you are struggling with. We will look at what might help you to feel less ‘stuck’, and I will suggest different strategies to help you to make sense of what is going on.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is the main type of therapy I use in sessions, along with Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) for individuals who might be struggling with self-criticism or showing themselves kindness. Concepts from Attachment and Polyvagal theories are often discussed in my sessions. If we are working with relationship concerns, Transactional Analysis (TA) can often also be helpful.
Therapy is provided in a safe, private and confidential space, and may be offered weekly or less frequently depending on your needs and wants, and the stage we are at in our work together. Therapy can be challenging and uncomfortable at times – this is often an indication that we are developing and growing.
